1. Nature of the Agreement

​By proceeding with a deposit or full payment for any travel package on sunnyegyptholidays.com, the Guest enters into a binding contract with Sunny Egypt Holidays. All bookings are subject to the specific terms of the selected plan.

2. Non-Refundable Promotional Plans

  • ​Promotional holiday packages are offered at discounted rates on a Strictly Non-Refundable basis.
  • ​Upon receipt of the initial deposit, funds are immediately applied toward securing provisional holds for flights, accommodation, and private excursions.
  • ​Failure to settle any outstanding balance by the specified “Payment Due Date” results in the automatic forfeiture of all previously paid funds.

3. Outstanding Balances & Mandatory Fees

  • ​A reservation is considered Provisional and Not Confirmed until the total balance (including mandatory travel insurance, regulatory fees, and processing costs) is paid in full.
  • ​Guests are provided with a final deadline (Cut-off Time) to settle outstanding balances.
  • ​If the balance is not cleared by the deadline, the system will trigger an Automatic Cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Forfeiture

  • ​Once a reservation is cancelled due to a breach of payment terms by the Guest, the deposit is retained by the agency to cover procurement costs, administrative fees, and non-refundable reservation holds.
  • ​Sunny Egypt Holidays is under no obligation to refund or credit any portion of a non-refundable deposit if the Guest chooses not to complete the transaction.

5. Acceptance of Terms

​Completion of a payment via any authorized payment channel serves as a digital signature and legal acknowledgment that the Guest has read, understood, and agreed to these Non-Refundable terms.
